Vintage Waltham Atom Electric Gold Tone Battery Powered Watch Parts/Repair

Waltham Atom Electric vintage battery powered wristwatch. Second hand will tick for a few seconds if I shake it, but does not keep running even with new battery. Stem is disconnected from the movement, crown and stem will come all the way out of the watch.

Case dims 35mm x 16mm with 18mm lugs/band. Cosmetically in good condition with light usual wear for its age and past use, has possibly been refurbished in the past.
