Vintage Omega Mens 9ct Gold Wristwatch Watch Not Working

We are not watchmakers we come across watches during the pursuit of other business interests. This is a men's OMEGA men's wristwatch, the name is not on the dial it is on the works. The enamel dial has some cracks in it. There appears to have been a professional repair to one end of one lug and perhaps also to one at the other end.

The winder makes the hands move but the winder will not lock when pushed in. The movement nbr is 5333549. The diameter without the winder is approx'y 3.1cm.
