Vintage 1990 Timex Skiathlom 45MM Digital Thermometer BROKEN for parts / repair

I gave this watch to a watch collector friend to get it working and unfortunately, he broke the lever that the "SET" push button touches. It will need to be soldered back on, if possible, by a watch repair professional. The broken lever is included and is pictured in the listing. I'm not mad at my friend. Other thing I noticed is that the volume of the beep is very low.

Things that do work on it: the backlight, thermometer, stopwatch, and date. It keeps time, but you cannot set anything (the time, date, day, stopwatch, and alarm), because of the broken lever. Cosmetically, the crystal is in good condition- no cracks or scratches. Bezel and case have finish wear, scratches, and paint loss.
