Vintage 1983 Seiko James Bond Television Wrist Watch T001-5019 Not Working

VINTAGE 1983 SEIKO JAMES BOND TELEVISION WRIST WATCH. When I put a new battery in it ran for a while with a dim display then quit after a week. It is not working now.
