Vintage 1952 Tissot Antimagnetique Watch Radium Black Dial. 33.3mm Not Working

For sale is Rare Vintage Tissot Antimagnetique sub second wristwatch dated to 1952. It is possible I overwound the crown, because it is stuck and won't advance further. No idea what scope of repairs may be needed. Nice original black radium dial. Case diameter 33.3mm without a crown.

Stainless steel case has scratches in places but I will say they're definitely less obvious in real life than they look in these photos, since the photos are closeups. Photographs are part of description. Please feel free to ask any questions.
