THE BALANCE WAS I GUESS USED IN ANOTHER WATCH AND THE CASE SCREWS WERE TAKEN OUT TO LIFT OUT THE BALANCE. NO CRYSTAL NO HANDS BUT THE ORIGINAL SECONDS HAND. VERY RARE HARD TO FIND AND OF COURSE SOMEONE HAS A BACK SOMEWHERE.
