Unusual 47 mm 1/4 Repeater with Date and Pedometer

This is an unusual 1/4 repeater, kw/ks. I don't know much about the story of this pocket watch. Movement has an unusual set up with date and the other dial which when you shake it the pedometer moves up and down and the hand at the "10" moves slowly. The watch is keeping excellent time.

The 1/4 repeater chimes correctly. The movement HAS NOT BEEN SERVICED. The dial has a minor hairline. Case measures 47 mm and the case has been acid tested 18K. See the unique detail on the movement in the pictures.
