Seiko G757 (GZC) vintage watch non-working for parts or repair

Seiko G757 (GZC) Vintage non-working condition. The screen from an angle has a purplish tint. Put some batteries and it does not work. Other than that looks in good condition, buttons are in good condition.

Comes from a non smoking home. Comes with original user guide.
