The watch is in cosmetically good condition, but runs only when turned upside down (dial facing down). My watchmaker told me the balance wheel is broken and that some of the movement parts also may be in bad condition. I bought the watch about a year ago and it stopped working after six months. The dial, case and crystal are looking pretty good. The case is brushed, which I'm not sure is the original finish. The GMT hand moves correctly with the other hands. The bracelet is a genuine Seiko bracelet, but not original to the watch, The watch is from 1970 and is 38mm excluding the crown.
