ROLEX CAL. 600 9 3/4''' aka GRUEN 818 WATCH MOVEMENT FOR PARTS OR REPAIR

This item is for a Rolex Caliber 600 9 3/4''' movement for an hour and minute hand (two hand dial). This movement is complete except the set bridge spring finger is broken (rest of the bridge is there) and it needs a stem and hour wheel. Back in the dark days of Rolex, Gruen and Longines made movements with Rolex's name on them.

As you can see under the dial, the winding and setting parts are identical to the Gruen Caliber 818. Thus, parts should be readily available. This thing should clean up like brand new.

We probably have more of this movement or similar movements and we just go box by box from storage and find the watchmaker's treasures.
