Chronographe Suisse 18K Hollow Rose Gold Watch (the dust cover in side the case is metal and metal around the movement) in good working condition, 100% guaranteed authentic. 39.5mm with the crown. This watch has a hand winding movement. The band is leather and the buckle is gold plated.
As far as I can tell, the watch is keeping good time. The top right lug has a bent and crack on it but still wearable, The dial is showing aging and is faded. You can wear it, fix it, Or use it for parts. I have no prior history of the watch, so routine maintenance will have to be conducted.
