Rare 1935 Popeye New Haven Wrist Watch King Features Sydicate Not Working

RARE 1935 POPEYE NEW HAVEN WRIST WATCH KING FEATURES SYDICATE NOT WORKING. 1.5" long x a little over 1" wide (includes Crown) FACE ONLY. Almost 8.5 long with Band fully extended ENTIRE LENGTH. Glass/Plastic Dial Cover is scratched up.

Dial looks dirty and is scratched. Dial also appears to have some oxidation markings. Back of case may have been painted Blue at one time, but now most of the paint is worn off. Green color has to be cleaned off watch parts.

Has NOT been cleaned, but due to age it probably needs a cleaning. Leather Band shows wear and crackling.
