Omega Doctor's Chronograph / Omega 27 Chro T1 / Rare Omega CH27 Chronograph 1942

Rare Omega doctor's watch. The Lemania CH 27 chronograph movement looks incomplete. Very rare dial with'Gradué pour 15 pulsations' (Graduated for 15 beats) written on the inner gauge, for doctors to take a patient's pulse. It is my understanding these dials where one off commissions and consequently very rare. The movement is signed'Omega Watch Cº' and'27 Chro T1 PC' under the balance.

Case damage can be seen in photos 5 & 12 (upper pusher aperture). The bezel looks like 9ct gold but I have not tested it and it might be a base metal. El envío para España está asegurado con'paquete premium.
