Omega Constellation ChronographMens Watch 1346 Movement Minute Hand Not Working

This is a great watch that unfortunately I don't know how to fix and don't want to deal with, so my loss is your gain. The second hand works and the hour Hand works but the Minute Hand just sits there when you wind it or sometimes spins with the second hand. I took it apart and the Minute Hand seems to be loose. I don't really know what to do and afraid I'll damage it. I feel 250 is a fair price so I won't be taking offers.
