Oakley Timebomb Watch Not Working

This is an Oakley timebomb watch. I bought it maybe 15 or 20 years ago, its a sweet watch, it stopped working about 5 years ago, the only thing cosmetically wrong is that theres a small rubber piece that has broken off, you can see it in the pictures, also notice that there are some scuff marks on the links. Im not sure youll be wearing the watch since it doesnt work. Im not sure whats wrong with it, its never been put in water or mishandled. Looks great and is sill an Oakley collectible.
