I'm Selling Two Used Vintage Seiko 7A38A Chronograph Movements for Parts

The second hand on both movements impulse but don't make a complete revolution, the chronograph hands don't move. I'm sure they need to be cleaned before further testing can be done. I'm pretty sure the time circuit works but not sure about the rest of the circuit.
