Hamilton Lady's 14K White Gold Watch Not Working Vintage Parts / Repair

This Hamilton's watch case clearly marked with a 5-point star and words "Hamilton" and "14K Gold". Band is marked "Spiedel" in multiple places and Pat No. I assume band's metal bits are not 14K as it is not marked as such anywhere on it. Face is ivory with white-gold (silver) Arabic numbers. Band expands and contracts to allow easy off & on.

Can wind the side stem, but no ticking sounds. Total weight = 14.87 grams. Gold weight cannot be separated from non-gold weight. Case is in excellent physical condition. Band is in good structural condition.
