Estate Piece Antique Vintage 9CT Gold ROLEX WATCH. Not Working

This is an estate piece. A lovely antique Art Deco watch. Sadly doesnt appear to be working when wound. Hallmarked as 9 carat gold (375).

B and is gold lined. Weighs grams 17.7 gms. The face measures 2.5 x 2.5 cm. Nice old piece to tinker with.
