Breguet Spiral movement pocket watch gold plated 1920 not working

This Breguet watch is really special as its my only breguet in my collection! It does not work but it looks like it only needs a cleaning from a professional watchmaker and it will start working again. Both cases in the back are missing it has spiral movement famous from breguet! I cannot exactly read what piece it is bacuse the text has been removed from years of usage!
