Apple Watch Series 4 Cellular Gold Sport 40mm with Pink Sport Please Read

Up for sale is a 40mm Series 4 Apple Watch Gold with Pink Sand Sport Band. Apple Watch is unpaired and powers on and works fine besides one problem with the crown (described below).

Screen does have some scratches (pictured). There is a problem with the crown scrolling on it's own.

I've tried cleaning it without success, I'm guessing some kind of debris is caught inside. Crown will probably need to be replaced.
