Antique Swiss 43mm Chronograph Movement & Dial. To Restore or parts

Movement: Manual (hand-winding stem) with chronograph function. Winding stem at 3 o'clock. Outer minutes/seconds divisions and black Arabic numerals. Two registers: Constant seconds at 9, and 30-Minutes register at 3 o'clock.

Dimension : Movement : 43 millimeters diameter. Balance wheel & Balance staff are ok, but shows some darker parts & damaged parts.

Needs a complete overhaul or Could be useful as spare parts. Dial : Shows a damage between 4 & 5 o'clock. Please check the larger photographs for details. Images and description from the original piece.
